From March 2011 on there are construction men at work on the roads around the STW-building. Therefore we have a termporary route description for the coming period.

By public transport:
At Utrecht Central Railway Station take the tram in the direction Nieuwegein-Zuid or IJsselstein (both pass the STW-office). Get off at stop '5 Meiplein'. You will see our office across the track of the tram. The entrance is on the other side of the building.

By car:
Coming from the direction Amsterdam, Den Bosch:
Leave highway A2 near Utrecht at exit number 8 ('Centrum, Jaarbeurs'). The exit ends at a roundabout with traffic lights. Go straight on in the direction of Utrecht. You will pass the namesign marking the beginning of Utrecht soon. At the next traffic lights go to the right, onto the 'Beneluxlaan'. Take the left traffic lane immediately so that you can turn left at the next traffic lights, thereby crossing the tram track. Turn right again at the first occasion. Here the 'Van Vollenhovenlaan' starts. Our office is all the way at the end of this street.

From the direction Den Haag, Rotterdam:
At interchange 'Oudenrijn' take highway A2 in the direction of Amsterdam and leave at exit number 8 ('Centrum, Jaarbeurs'). From here follow the route as described from the direction Amsterdam, Den Bosch.

From the direction Arnhem:
On the A12 highway take 'Ring Utrecht' (exits 16 - 18), follow the direction of 'Jaarbeurs, Kanaleneiland' (on a lane parallel to the A12) and leave at exit number 17. At the end turn right, onto the 'Europalaan'. Stay on this road till the first roundabout, which you leave at threequarters to the left. This takes you onto the 'Beneluxlaan'. At the third traffic lights turn right and immediately right again. You are now on the 'Van Vollenhovenlaan'. Our office is at the end of this street.

From the direction Hilversum:
Leave highway A27 at interchange 'Lunetten'; at first follow the direction 'Utrecht/Den Haag' (A12) and later 'Jaarbeurs, Kanaleneiland'. This brings you on a lane parrallel to the A12. Leave at exit 17. From there follow the route as described from the direction Arnhem.

From the direction Amersfoort:
Leave highway A28 at interchange 'Rijnsweerd', taking highway A27 (direction 'Breda'), until interchange 'Lunetten'. There you take highway A12 (direction 'Ring Utrecht, Den Haag') and follow the signs 'Jaarbeurs, Kanaleneiland', leading you by a lane parallel to the A12 to exit 17.
